Lunch:
If you get hungry, you can snack on carrots, celery sticks, or beetroot slices. Keep in mind that this is a sugar and oil free diet, so you can have up to three dates.
Have a bowl of masala oats with your
dinner. These lightly spiced oats will fill you up along with the vegetables.
If you don't like masala oats, try this simple oatmeal with jeera and coconut.
Make sure you finish your dinner by 7:30 p.m.
